Neither of them have any sugar or fiber, and although coffee doesn’t have any carbohydrates, matcha has only 1 gram. This means that both options are healthy and a great resource for those wanting to lose weight.
In addition, both beverages have many health benefits, such as enhanced mood and brain function, improved liver and heart health, and they’re both filled with cancer-fighting antioxidants. Even more, both are delicious and contain caffeine, although their taste and caffeine content differ.
