Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Delays & Issues

Pax & Beneficia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@paxandbeneficia.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.



Return Policy – Pax & Beneficia

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used products are not eligible for returns.

Perishable goods and custom orders are non-returnable.

3. Return Process:

Once approved, ship the product to the address provided by our team.

4. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
