Why we serve it
Trinity was built around a combination coffee has known for a long time: honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Cafes traditionally made this for lattes – they would mix vanilla syrup and honey then garish the latte with cinnamon. We wanted to make a version that used real vanilla beans and whole cinnamon sticks infused in the honey itself. This syrup not only elevated the classic version, but turned a three step process into a consistent tasting one step experience.
