Job Summary

As a Production & Fulfillment Assistant for Pax & Beneficia, you'll play a vital role in both creating and delivering our products. You'll work hands-on in our production facility assisting with syrup production, coffee bagging, and warehouse operations, while also ensuring our coffee, syrups, and products reach our cafés and wholesale partners reliably and on time. Based out of our warehouse and roastery, you'll contribute to the entire product journey—from production to delivery—while embodying our "Peace & Blessings" philosophy through quality work and positive interactions with café teams and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

Production Support:

• Assist with syrup production including bottling, labeling, and quality checks
• Help bag and package roasted coffee according to specifications
• Support warehouse inventory management and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in production areas
• Follow all food safety protocols and production procedures

Delivery & Transportation:

• Deliver coffee, syrups, supplies, and equipment to Pax & Beneficia café locations and wholesale accounts
• Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage
• Load and unload delivery vehicle according to established procedures
• Verify order accuracy before departure and upon delivery
• Collect signatures and delivery confirmations from recipients
• Pick up equipment and supplies from vendors and suppliers as needed

Vehicle & Safety Management:

• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any concerns
• Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Follow safety protocols for lifting and transporting products
• Maintain appropriate documentation for all deliveries and returns

Communication & Customer Service:

• Communicate effectively with production team, warehouse staff, café teams, and wholesale customers
• Report any delivery issues, production concerns, or customer feedback to management
• Represent the company's "Peace & Blessings" philosophy through professional service and quality work

General Operations Support:

• Assist with warehouse organization, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Support various company projects and operational needs as assigned
• Help maintain clean and efficient production and warehouse operations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail for production work and order accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer interactions
• Basic math skills for measuring, order verification, and documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn production processes and follow food safety guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or kitchen environments
• Experience in food service, coffee, or retail delivery
• Familiarity with local Dallas-Fort Worth area roads and traffic patterns
• Warehouse or inventory management experience
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Passion for coffee and alignment with our company values

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
• Capable of repetitive tasks including lifting, carrying, and packaging throughout the day
• Capable of loading/unloading delivery vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions during deliveries
• Ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces at delivery locations
• Comfortable working in production environment with temperature variations
