Overview
An E-Com Manager serves as the central coordinator for our online retail operations. Responsible for overseeing our digital storefront, they ensure customers receive the same level of care and quality through our online channels as they do in our physical locations. This role manages inventory tracking, customer service, order fulfillment, and strategic planning for our e-commerce platform. You are a 'Digital Experience Curator,' extending our Pax & Beneficia philosophy of "Peace & Blessings" to every online interaction. By maintaining seamless operations between our coffee production, syrup creation, and online sales channels, you help bring our products to customers beyond our café walls.
Hourly Pay
18.00/hr - 20.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings and information
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with coffee roasting and syrup production teams for timely replenishment
- Process online orders with attention to detail and efficient fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns
- Develop forecasting models to anticipate inventory needs and prevent stockouts
- Create and implement shipping procedures that ensure products arrive in perfect condition
- Coordinate with marketing on promotions and special offers for online products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of online transactions and inventory movements
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations or retail management preferred
- Strong organizational skills and systematic approach to inventory management (A MUST)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
- Attention to detail for order accuracy and quality control
- Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams
- Basic understanding of shipping logistics and fulfillment processes
- Self-motivated with capacity to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments
- Passion for coffee and alignment with our brand values
- Experience with data analysis and forecasting a plus
