I have only tried the Zahr syrup so far but I LOVE it in a cold brew latte. Adds a ton of complexity. Will buy that flavor again for sure.

Oh, my goodness!

I have been searching for a lavender syrup that wasn't too over the top strong. Sunshine is just perfect! Gentle and sweet, just the right amount of lavender.
The Zahr is wonderful in coffee and tea, and I even put it in my coke last night!
Trinity, which I thought would be my favorite (it is wonderful - don't get me wrong) is actually the one I reach for least.
All three are wonderful, but I think I will only reorder the Sunshine and Zahr.
