An intimate after-hours omakase experience with limited seating. Low lit, community table, our roasters will be brewing a curated selection of pour overs, with a select offering of snacks to pair. Guests will be taken through the process of brewing, and get to take home a handcrafted cup, made for the occasion, from ÆRA.
