Lavender Syrup

Lavender is bright, floral, and gently sweet. Built with real lavender buds and honey, it gives the lineup a core floral syrup that feels softer and more gentle than the versions most people are used to.

Why we carry it
We carry Lavender because it belongs in the core lineup, but it still has to earn that place. The goal was not just to copy a coffee-shop staple, but to make one that feels more balanced.

How we serve it

• Best in lattes and matcha

• Also works well in lemonade and sparkling water

Why we serve it
Lavender can be an aggressively floral flavor. Our lavender was made in response to how often floral syrups lean artificial. We aimed to develop a version that’s more gentle than your typical lavender syrup, but still tasted like lavender when mixed with your favorite beverage. Flavoring our syrup with only real lavender buds and sweetening with honey was the key. The decision to not use flavor extracts kept our syrup from tasting aggressively floral while the honey paired well with the floral notes lavender buds we use to flavor the syrup.
