Cardamom Syrup

Cardamom is bright, sweet, and aromatic with a floral finish. Made with real cardamom pods, orange oil, and a pinch of salt to bring a more distinctive spice profile into the lineup while still staying versatile to use.

Why we carry it
We carry Cardamom because it gives the assortment a core flavor that feels a little less expected without becoming hard to understand. It is a good example of what we want from a staple syrup: varietal with enough character to stand apart.

How we serve it

• Best in lattes and matcha

• Also works well in lattes and iced sparkling americanos

• Good when you want something floral and spiced without going too heavy

Why we serve it
Cardamom has long been a staple ingredient in many parts of the world. We wanted to bring that flavor into our lineup in a way that still felt approachable and easy to serve. When we first opened our cafes in 2019, this was our very first unique flavor offering and quickly became a staple.
