Why we carry it
We carry Strawberry because it does a simple job well. It gives the assortment a fruit-forward core flavor built from real ingredients, not artificial flavoring, and it has already proven itself in our cafes as a seasonal favorite 4 years in a row.

Why we serve it
Our Strawberry syrup was developed in 2022 by one of our baristas to create one of our customers favorite seasonal drinks - the Strawberry Fields. Every year customers demanded we bottle the syrup so they could make it at home, this year we finally delivered. It is especially strong with matcha, which is why it became the base for one of our seasonal cafe drinks. Important to note this syrup is made with real strawberry juice, meaning it’s more acidic and could potentially curdle milk if hot or steamed.
