Zahr Syrup (Orange Blossom)

Zahr brings together orange blossom, cardamom, and honey in a profile that feels floral, layered, and grounded at the same time. We combined three floral ingredients (cardamom, honey, and orange blossom), while the spiced notes of the cardamom add variety and the honey adds some softness to the orange blossom.

Why we carry it
We carry Zahr because it gives the signature line something distinctive and to be curious about. It belongs in the assortment because it turns a more complex flavor combination into something people can still easily enjoy.

• Best in lattes and matcha

• Also works well in iced coffee and sparkling water

Why we serve it
Zahr came from the idea of making cardamom more approachable without flattening what makes it interesting. Honey and orange blossom give it a more familiar entry point while keeping the profile distinct. In our cafes this flavor developed for our guest who loved cardamom, but wanted something different than the typical cardamom latte.
