I’ve bought multiple syrups from Pax and this is my fave! Paired with some local honey, and a dash of cinnamon, it’s perfect in my morning latte.
I am enjoying Yours Truly beans in my morning latte and flat white. Very smooth, mild flavor that pairs well with milk.
This syrup is one of my favorites from Pax and Beneficia. I pair it with either oat milk or pistachio milk to create an out of this world latte experience. When tasting it, you can detect the use of actual pistachios in its syrup, unlike other brands. I hope they begin offering a larger size for purchase.
Yummy! This one surprised me. It's not my normal flavor profile but it's actually really nice. Excellent in a shaken espresso with a little pinch of salt.
Star anise absolutely ruins the flavor in my opinion. I also just hate star anise or 5-spice as flavors, makes me think im drinking a night market in taiwan.
The Vanilla is my favorite, and I'm not really into vanilla syrup. It's perfect!

I love a pistachio syrup! This one is delightful in an espresso tonic, which is primarily what I purchased it for. Not artificial tasting at all. It is a bit too weak to hold up to an iced latte, but I do think it could be good in a matcha. Will repurchase.
I am obsessed with this pumpkin spice syrup! I have tried so many over the years that are either too sugary or has little to no taste. This gives the perfect mix of sweet with the full flavors of fall spice. I will have to stock up to enjoy this perfection year round!
I love all 3 of the fall syrups so much, but this one might be my favorite, which is surprising because I’m totally a pumpkin spice and brown sugar girl!
