A Kitchen Crew Member plays a crucial role in our daily operations. We are seeking dependable, energetic Kitchen Crew Members who are passionate about both food and guest experience. Additionally, they assist with kitchen prep tasks, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines for a hygienic work environment.

Hourly Pay

• $18/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food and beverage preparation, including washing, chopping, portioning ingredients, preparing in-house kitchen items
• Support cooking staff during meal preparation and service to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment at all times
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly to support ongoing operations
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, and proactively communicate restocking needs
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, completing and adhering to daily and weekly cleaning checklists
• Manage waste disposal, including taking out trash and ensuring proper handling of all waste

Requirements

• Previous experience in food & beverage or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
• Friendly, caring, and a heart to serve (A MUST)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• An ability to learn and maintain operational and situational awareness on shift
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of food preparation.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
